Tycoon Solutions LLC is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to join our lawn mowing, maintenance, and landscape installation crews. We service residential and commercial properties throughout Baltimore County, Howard County, and Carroll County.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups
• Assist with landscape installation projects (mulch, planting, grading, etc.)
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, professional job sites

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred (but not required)
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
